Funding for Child and Youth Services

The Deutsche Jugendmarke Foundation supports projects in the field of child and youth welfare nationwide. You can apply for grants for projects and research initiatives, as well as interest-free loans for construction projects. The maximum grant amount is €200,000. Funding is generally provided to cover funding gaps. The financing plan should allocate one-third each to the organization’s own funds, in-kind contributions, and other funding sources, where possible; federal funds are excluded.

Projects that have already begun or that are exclusively local or regional in scope are not eligible for funding. Also excluded are, among other things, conferences, travel, school activities, and projects that are not clearly distinguishable from the organization’s regular work. Before submitting your application, you must coordinate your project and the planned financing with the foundation and first submit a concept of no more than one DIN A4 page.
