With project funding in the Oder Partnership, the state of Berlin supports projects that deepen exchange and cooperation with partners in the regions of the Oder Partnership. The aim is to strengthen existing networks, establish new collaborations and promote German-Polish dialogue in the long term.

The funding is aimed at projects that will be implemented in 2026 and have a clear added value for cross-border cooperation.

The documents must be submitted in paper form by 27 February 2026 at the latest.

Sample application and notes

Funding is available for projects that make a sustainable contribution to cooperation between Berlin stakeholders and partners in the Oder partnership . These include, for example

• Joint events or specialised formats
• Exchange and cooperation projects
• Measures for networking and cooperation

The projects must have a high public profile, involve at least one partner from the Oder partnership and have not yet been started before the application is submitted.

Berlin stakeholders outside the administration, e.g. associations, initiatives, organisations or other non-governmental organisations based in Berlin are eligible to apply . Active cooperation with partners from the Oder Partnership is a prerequisite .
