Support cultural projects relevant to Berlin

The Berlin Capital Cultural Fund supports innovative cultural projects across all disciplines, including the visual arts, the performing arts, film, literature, media art, and music, as well as interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary initiatives. Funding is provided for projects that are developed and presented in Berlin but have relevance beyond the city. Artistic quality and innovation are the decisive factors. Commercial projects, institutionally funded projects, student projects, political projects, and purely digital formats are excluded. Accessibility and environmental sustainability should be taken into account during planning, implementation, and follow-up.

Timeframe : expected to begin on April 15, 2026; applications may be submitted approximately 4 weeks in advance
