The Berlin Project Fund for Cultural Education supports cultural education projects in Berlin in which children, adolescents, and young adults up to and including age 27 actively participate in both the artistic and content-related aspects. A prerequisite is collaboration between at least one arts partner and at least one educational and/or youth organization—such as artists, independent groups, or cultural institutions partnering with schools, daycare centers, or youth clubs.
A college degree in the arts or education is not required. Grant amounts range from 5,001 to 25,000 euros. Projects may begin in 2027 and must be completed by March 2028 at the latest; they may last a maximum of 12 months. The application must be completed online, signed by both main partners, and submitted by mail along with the original signatures and all other required documents by the deadline.
