The Marzahn-Hellersdorf District Office provides grants of up to €1,500 for neighborhood projects. Applications may be submitted by residents of the district, initiatives, and nonprofit organizations. Eligible projects include gardening initiatives, painting or cleanup campaigns, as well as cooking evenings, courtyard parties, or courtyard concerts. The projects are implemented independently by the grantees. The Social Space-Oriented Planning Coordination office accepts applications online. All projects must be completed by the end of the year.
