About the Program
The association Artikel 1 – Initiative für Menschenwürde e.V. is calling for applications for the “Festival of Dignity 2026.” Funding will be provided for projects and initiatives that address democracy, social cohesion, and respect for human dignity.
You can apply as an organization, an initiative, or as a committed individual and submit your own contribution to the festival. The goal is to highlight diverse perspectives and strengthen civic engagement in Berlin.
The selected projects will be part of the festival and will receive support for their implementation.
Timeframe : Submission of project outline by June 7, 2026; implementation: June through September 2026
Grant amount : 3,500 euros
Areas : Democracy and civic participation, civic engagement and volunteer work
Submit your project proposal by June 7, 2026.
