Event Fee

Through its event grant, ProjectTogether’s Welcome Alliance supports cross-sector networking and dialogue events focused on arrival, participation, and belonging. An event must involve at least two sectors, such as (post-)migrant initiatives and government agencies, or civil society and businesses. Eligible applicants include (post-)migrant initiatives, civil society organizations, individuals, volunteer groups without legal personality, and businesses. Eligible expenses include, among other things, catering, venue rental, travel costs, and measures to ensure an accessible and inclusive event. For at least 10 participants, the one-time flat rate is €2,841.94; for at least 30 participants, it is €5,532.43. Ineligible for funding are, among other things, purely internal team events, commercial events, and formats without a cross-sectoral focus.
