Co-financing Fund 2026

The Co-financing Fund supports artistic projects in Berlin that require additional third-party funding in order to qualify for other grant programs. Funding is available for interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary, and discipline-specific projects. Eligible applicants include professional artists, independent groups, and institutions working with the independent arts scene. Projects must be developed and implemented in Berlin and must not have started yet. The funding enables applicants to demonstrate the necessary co-financing for programs such as Creative Europe. Applications must be submitted electronically and must comply with the guidelines of the respective main funding programs. For applications submitted in English, a German synopsis is also required. Selection is carried out by an independent jury.
