The “Circus Shapes Diversity” program supports additional extracurricular circus activities for children and youth ages 4 to 18 whose educational opportunities are limited by social, financial, or educational risk factors. Eligible applicants are extracurricular organizations that form a local consortium with at least three partners or activate an existing consortium. The project must correspond to one of the twelve designated circus formats and be implemented by qualified circus education professionals. Up to €30,000 per application, including an administrative fee, is available; project funding may cover up to 100% of expenses. Each applicant organization and each project leader may submit only one application.
