The Recognition Award recognises projects in which children and young people are actively involved. We are looking for ideas from daycare centres or schools that enable co-determination, participation and personal experience . The award aims to show what participation can look like in the everyday life of daycare centres and schools and to make successful practice visible. It supports you in strengthening good project ideas and encouraging dialogue.
Non-profit Berlin daycare centre and school support associations can apply with projects from the current daycare centre or school year in which children and young people are actively involved.
The prize is awarded annually. A jury selects the winners; the award ceremony takes place in Berlin.
