The prize honours social commitment by companies that is implemented together with partners from civil society, administration or science and addresses specific social issues.

Companies of any size and from any sector with a registered office or branch office in Germany that realise their commitment in cooperation with external partners can apply.

Corporate engagement strengthens social cohesion, creates dialogue between business and civil society and makes jointly achieved social impact visible. The award promotes recognition and networking.

The prize is awarded annually, with an application and selection process including an independent jury. The award ceremony takes place in Berlin.
