In this workshop, you will learn how to communicate more clearly and appreciatively in everyday club life and how to formulate feedback in such a way that it is honest and helpful. You will practise active listening, learn how feedback can be constructive and how you can set boundaries without blocking the intention of the conversation. You will receive practical discussion methods, exercises on feedback situations and tools to communicate more clearly and respectfully in your organisation.
