What is it about?
With the funding pot "Movement. Encounter. Future.", the DFL Foundation supports charitable projects that use football as a starting point for social commitment. The aim is to combine movement, social encounters and positive prospects for the future.
It supports projects that bring people together, enable participation and strengthen social responsibility in the environment of football clubs and initiatives.

- Information on the project and the planned participation measures and child protection
- Cost and financing plan
- Proof of non-profit status
What is supported?
Support is given to football-related projects that can be assigned to at least one of the following focal points:
- Exercise programmes for different target groups
- Meeting formats that promote exchange and cohesion
- Projects with social or societal added value
The projects must be non-profit and have a clear practical relevance. The funding pot is project-related; ongoing regular programmes or purely commercial projects are not supported.
Who can submit an application?
Non-profit organisations, clubs and initiatives with a connection to football are eligible to apply. The prerequisite is that the project pursues a social purpose and is implemented in line with the funding objectives.
