About the programme
With the "Voluntary Engagement in Neighbourhoods" (FEIN) programme, the Reinickendorf district office supports volunteer projects that improve local public spaces and social infrastructure. Only material resources are funded, such as materials for planting campaigns, renovations and the design of public spaces or green areas. Volunteers, initiatives, groups and associations that work on a non-profit basis are eligible to apply. The measure strengthens neighbourhood engagement and activates people to help shape their neighbourhood. Applications for 2026 can be submitted until 31 March.

Funding amount: up to €3,500 per project
