What is it about?

The Spandau Participation Fund is a fund of the Spandau district authority. It is intended to help break down barriers and promote inclusion in the district. The funds are earmarked for 2026.

The fund supports measures in Spandau if they remove barriers and improve accessibility. This can be structural (e.g. ramps, handrails, markings), but also in communication and digital services: Translations into German Sign Language or Easy Language, accessibility checks, accessible documents/websites or assistance. Personnel costs are excluded.

Application by 15 April of the year; later applications can still be considered if funds are available.
Start only after approval: Projects should not start before approval.
