Competence marathon in Berlin: creatives donate eight hours of overtime to solve communication challenges faced by non-profit organisations

On 20.02.2026, starting at 6 pm, seven creative teams will develop new communication ideas for just as many non-profit organisations virtually overnight - from campaign and storytelling concepts to fresh designs, social media strategies and small digital tools. The participating organisations bring with them a real challenge that they have been nibbling on for some time and go home in the morning with actionable results and lots of new ideas.

Non-profit organisations from Berlin can now apply for one of seven competence donations. The prerequisite is a specific task in the field of communication, design or public relations that is to be realised with professional support.

Application deadline: 7 December 2025

Who is this interesting for

NACHTSCHICHT offers non-profit organisations and initiatives from Berlin the rare opportunity to receive professional support for communication and public relations work in a short space of time, to network with the Berlin creative scene and to make their own impact (more) visible. One of the selected organisations also receives a creative budget to realise the ideas developed overnight.
